In my last diary, I said that I’ve been trapped in a bad eating habit. Now it’s the high time to pick up my yoga diet again. It’s a healthy and restricted way of eating. Practising yoga and sticking to a strict diet, I think, would be a effective way to regain my optimistic attitude towards life.

I am eating too much these days that should be dubbed as a “Da Wei Wang” in Chinese. If this situation goes on, sure, I’ll became a meat ball. Due to some reason, I couldn’t concentrate on studying or working in the last couple of days. As long as I make my mind to do some reading or other things which are more meaningful than stuffing my stomach endlessly, my mind starts floating away and become jittery and twitchy, then the vicious circle hit me again.
