At the beginning of this article, I want to express my sheer joy and best wishes for one of my sisters. She and her boyfriend finally tied the knot and hold their wedding ceremony a couple of days ago. May they two always be in love! May their happiness increase with age!   Next I’m gonna to gab something about love and marriage. Just to be patient! Lol~~

Love is romantic while marriage is realistic.Too many people put too much emphasis on “realism”which always refer to material things. But realism includes much more, such as people would cool off from the passion of love and see things which they didn’t see from each… Read the rest

On Womanly Beauty  by Zhou Guoping

I know nothing about modern womanly beauty, but in my mind, it lies in women’s everlasting qualities which have nothing to do with the times. She keeps changing clothes, but under different dresses is just the same woman as a lover, a wife or a mother.

Woman is closer to nature than man, which just shows woman’s preciousness. With one thousand ambitions, a man thinks he undertakes many complex missions beyond nature. With only one ambition, a woman always regards love and bearing as her life-and-death matters.… Read the rest

International Standard Dance
The American Smooth and International Standard dances could be considered “classic dances”. Both American Smooth and International Standard include Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, and Viennese Waltz. Waltz – The Waltz developed in Vienna in the 18th century. The Waltz is probably the most graceful of all the smooth dances.

for the name of a book, the weather forecast, the current affairs, or just for fun.

It’s a magic window which presents the world in front of us.

However, it’s also a black hole that may suck in so much of our time and money and energy that we fall victim to its magic.… Read the rest

In my life I’ve gone through periods of intense, driven productivity – months where everything fell into place, and my goals almost seemed to accomplish themselves. At the other extreme, there have been times in my life where I was completely overwhelmed, burdened by my different projects and responsibilities – and frustrated because so many of them not only challenged me, but didn’t matter to me. There were days when I asked myself how did I end up here? How did I end up working on all these things that aren’t who I am, and that don’t represent… Read the rest

Living Fresh host, Sara Snow, knows a thing or two about living a fresh and balanced life. Here’s what she has to say…

(Note: Please understand that the following are opinions of Sara Snow and not that of FitTV. Thank you!)

With the busy lives we all lead, finding balance is something that is oft spoken of in seminars and yoga classes around the nation, but rarely put into practice. Instead, people find themselves rushing from place to place, hurrying to make meetings, dentist appointments and dinner dates – getting speeding tickets
